Please take note of the following requirements when giving gifts to Suppliers:

Nominal Value Logo Gifts

• Below THB1500
• Purchased by the company, not the gift-giver
• Employee must complete the Gift Request Form, or prepare an email with key information, e.g. gift description, price and quantity, gift recipient related information
(name, company and title, relationship with Deere) to submit to the Gift Coordinator.


Nominal Value Non-Logo Gifts

• Below THB1500, such as flowers for life-cycle event
• Must be given only on very rare occasions
• Purchased by the company on an as–requested basis, or by gift-giver who should gets reimbursement for the gift from the company
• Employee must complete the Gift Request Form (or prepare an email) to submit to the Gift Coordinator
• Reporting to immediate manager is required
