The Company will build up a saving funds for the employee. For that, during the probation period, the company will pay 20% of the salary, but not more than 1,000 Baht per month into the saving fund. After the probation period, the company will pay 10% of salary, but not more than 2,000 Baht per month into the saving fund. Once, the saving fund reaches twenty thousand Thai Baht (THB 20,000), the employee can decide, if he want to keep paying into the saving fund or not. When the employment relationship is ended, the company will pay out the saving fund at the employee’s last day of work. In case of major misconduct of the employee or in case of the employee not giving 30-days notice, the company preserves the right to retain the money from the saving fund.
