The nurses also agreed with statements such as the “salary and benefits did not keep up with inflation” (92.9%), the “payment did not reflect their great responsibilities and pressure” (91.2%), the facilities should “allocate more resources to the wages and benefits of the nurse” (96.4%), the “salary does not reflect educational qualifications” (89.3%) and the facilities should “provide extra time and financial incentives for nurses during training” (96.1%).
