And they agreed with our idea that is based on attendance.
Employee who has worked 1 year
Please proceed with it.
To calculate deduction rate as per your idea for all employees.
Based on the figure we will study how much will be deducted later.
Result becomes,
Max.: 3.3 month bonus
Min. : ? month bonus It will be studied. Is the difference between Max. & Min should be big or small ?
If we calculate as the above and average is 3.3 month, some amount of money will be remained.
We will study it with Sakai san whether it will be distribute to employee or not.
Employee who has worked less than 1 year
For employees who have worked less than 1 year please make a guideline like last year.
Balance between Group2 and Group1 should be studied as well. See the below sketch.
We will apply the evaluation manual which you proposed since next FY.
In your idea there is a matter which should be modified. That is about evaluation detail.
You mentioned major evaluation items. They are good, but detail items should be there.
Because some evaluation detail items are different in each department.
I think HR can request all departments to make. Please proceed it as well.
It should be established by Feb. 2015 so that this manual can be applied to next FY.
