Designing, developing and delivering of enterprise-wide talent management, talent review, leadership development, and performance management processes, programs and tools
Providing research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple businesses and markets, then leverage that insight to define and implement talent strategies
Partnering with business and HR leaders to identify needs and gaps for leadership roles, diversity, bench talent, succession plan and other strategic talent segments
Developing strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure that development activities are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
Managing and executing the employee performance cycles from end-to-end; planning, alignment with the business, communication, engagement, and execution.
Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 5 years of management experience in the related field
Proficiency in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good in English Communication
Excellent communication skills
