• At least 3 - 5 years experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain background
• Experience for using ERP application such as SAP, MOVEX, MFG pro or other is our preference
• Able to work under pressure, problem solving and good verbal
• Effective communication with strong service minded
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Advance excel and Power Point skills will be in consideration
• Very flexible with change
• Proactive and able to deliver business improvement project
• Good customer focus and market intelligence
