Where [toxin], [milk consumption] and [bw] are the mean concentration of AFM1 (ng/kg) in milk and dairy products, mean consumption of milk and traditional dairy products per person per day, and body weight (kg), respectively. Based on the Annual Agricultural Statistics of Iran, the annual consumption of milk and dairy products per each person has been estimated to be 70 kg in 2013 (Shahbazi et al., 2016). Mean body weight for the adult Iranian population was considered 60 kg.
