Hotel is just a 3 star, a very basic 3 star hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly, especially cafe and Housekeeping. The location is a big plus, however, my room is facing the BTS sky train platform that you need close the curtain 24/7 as people surely can look direct into your room ( I felt like making a sign to advertising my business.) Room size is good, but really run-down. The air-condition is very noisy, however, it can be easily cover by the train noise passed by. Breakfast is ok, it's open air with a view of city, rather charming, staffs are friendly. Basic buffet choice, nothing to remember about. Overall, a very basic hotel, surely nothing to wow about. Bangkok hotels are getting more expansive later. I guess it reflecting the price you pay. If you willing fold out little more, surely there are much better choice there.
