We are in doubt regard to multiple bank account for one employee. The below case (Mohamed Hussain), had investigated that more he had more than one active bank account then payment could not release. Anyhow, we found the other employees had a case same as this guy but why do they able to get paid. Please refer to the attached file for 2 employee who has bank account in 5 and 6 accounts but more than one account is active. Both were got paid as expected. Could you please investigate since we don’t confident enough to respond and what will be permanent solution to fix the problem.
