This is Brian's Skyline vinyl from 2 Fast 2 Furious.
Just use Bintex to install the vinyl.
HOW TO INSTALL?
Extract the 2 .dds files from archive then use bintex and open CARS/SKYLINE/VINYLS.BIN
Then click on any SKYLINE_UNIQUE file inside, then click texture->import and import the first one to SKYLINEUNIQUE.... and the other one to SKYLINEUNIQUE..._M.
WARNING!
This kind of vinyls coloured in blue, red orange are glitched! If the vinyl doesn't have the right colour follow the same installation steps BUT click on the new textured SKYLINE_UNIQUE... then click in bintex tools-Fix Palette and save!
