TELEPHONE HANDLING SKILLS AND ETIQUETTES

6. Writing materials with pens or pencils for participants

NOTE: The training module has been made in English and as a trainer you will have to explain further in Thai for the Rank and File staff and in some cases supervisory levels as well. As much as possible try and make them understand and memorize the key words in English.
• Welcome and introduce yourself to all the participants.
• Ask them to introduce themselves and also ask them to be loud and clear as this is important for this topic
• Inform them about the general rules about this training session such as switching the phone on silent, going for breaks during the presentation, etc.
• Inform them about the duration of the presentation and when you will be giving them breaks.
