O-Net dates to be delayed
The dates of the Ordinary National Educational Test (O-Net) have been postponed to make way for the general electionon February 2, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service announced yesterday.
The test for sixth-graders has been postponed from February 8, and announcement of test results has been delayed from March 15 to march 19. The tests for ninth-graders scheduled for February 1-2 will be held on February 8-9, with results to be announced on March 19, a delay from the original March 15.
The dates for a different set of tests on several standard subjects remain the same-March 4-5 - as these are not affected by the general election. For more details please visit www.niets.or.th
