Dear Ana
First please add onto your table PO 1500472 ( I have sent you on July – attached )
Second we just receive another PO 1500736 ( I sent you today before this email )
Thanks for your table , I think you need to simplify the table to avoid confusion
Column “ G “ VSM delivered , no information up to which date and seem the data is not accurate .
Column “ S “ Balance ( Quantity in PO – sum of delivery up to June 2015 )
There is another column VSM TH information from column “ T” to “ AI “ == do you mean material which already dispatched to Customer from January 2015 to June 2015 ?
Colum “ AJ “ VSM Remaining Quantity
Column “ AK “ Initial Balance
There is another column from “ AF “ to “ BE “ delivery from June 2015 to December 2015 and Sum of this delivery in Column “ BF “
Column “ BG “ = BF + SUM(T to AI )
Column “ BH “ Remaining to Schedule which shown some quantity are in minus which mean that we are going to deliver material bigger than PO , is it the case ?
Bit confusing between balance , remaining quantity , initial balance , remaining to schedule ?
What I would suggest to prepare the table
PO QTY Accumulative Material dispatched up to September Remaining Material ( PO – Accumulative Delivered
You can make delivery plan in accordance to remaining material .
Can we make lync discussion tomorrow morning ( not more than 30 minutes ) , I am available anytime
Regards
Heri
