Five grams (5 g) each of the aerated and unaerated tea products were weighed to the nearest 0.001 g, placed in pre-weighed aluminium dishes and dried in an oven (Oven Memmert, UND300, Germany) at 103 ± 2 oC for 16 h to constant weight.The percentage dry matter (DM) content for each sample was calculated from the weight differences.
