This relocation issue have effect with employee’s personal life and their family. There any employees who got effective by the issue have right to cancel employee contract and get special severance pay according to labour protection Act 2541 (Section 120) The company didn’t satisfy with this result they can submit the complaint to the court. However, if the company didn’t take any action, thy result will be same.
