Type reports and other types of documents from handwritten copy
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
- Keep and Maintain confidential document; personal information, personnel records
- Compose and Distribute emails to all concerned for making inquiries
- Control incoming documents & outgoing documents
- Keep track of document transmittal records of project related documents
- Keep track of the daily work of administrative
- Issue Packing list of materials transportation
- Perform any other duties and jobs which bosses may, from time to time, reasonably request
- Arrange meetings
- Handle travel arrangement
