• Research, identify, and prescribe unique regulatory safety, industrial hygiene, or medical program requirements applicable to that geography or location
• Ensure company program requirements (as defined in this Manual) are included (in addition to regulatory requirements) in documented location safety and health procedures
• Apply the more stringent requirement wherever a conflict exists between company and a regulatory body
• Monitor compliance with the location’s procedures through periodic auditing.
• Determine if the OHS Manual needs to be translated into local language, and if so to ensure that the translation precisely reflects the contents of the English version.
