We refer to our previous report in which we detailed the circumstances of this loss, nature and extent of damage. We will not repeat the information contained in that report but would merely refer Insurers’ to it for any further information required.
We have maintained regular contact with the Insured and advised the Insured and their staff accordingly at site in order to determine the extent of the loss. We have progressed matters through various discussions with the Insured where we advised relevant procedures and requested various documents in relation to the loss.
Having received the Insured’s claim submission with supporting documentation, we verified the claim and validated the loss amount in accordance with coverage afforded under the policy, and with Insurers approval proposed settlement of the claim to the Insured.
We now submit our report to conclude this loss.
