Screening of anthocyanin
components in both rice bran extracts by LC–ESI–MS/MS using se-lected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode indicated the existence of
only cyanidin-3-glucoside and peonidin-3-glucoside in the crude
MeOH extract with relative contents of 10.3% and 6.2%, respec-tively.
