Furthermore, the furnishings and/or improvements affixed to the leased property which cannot be moved without causing damage to occur to the leased property, be they component parts or accessories, shall remain property of the Lessee during the time when this lease is effective, and when the lease comes to an end under any circumstance, the said furnishings and/or improvements affixed to the building shall immediately become property of the Company, for which the Lessee will not claim any consideration whatsoever. Therefore the Lessee is exempt from reinstating the premises which contain these component parts.
