i) Ensure that all activities are performed in-line with the company’s safety
management system.
ii) Enhance safety performance and promote safety in all work areas.
iii) Advise and direct the site management in all matters concerning safety.
iv) Perform the role of a secretary in the safety & health committee.
v) Supervise all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Supervisors /Coordinators.
vi) Conduct safety inspection and highlight the unsafe act and condition.
vii) Conduct training or briefing to all employees on safe work practices.
viii) Report and record all safety records and statistics.
ix) Liaise with management, client and relevant authorities on health, safety and
environmental issues including accident investigation.
x) Assist the Site Safety Manager and Safety Manager on all safety and health matters.
