Free Time is the time that people happy when it arrived. I am the one,too. It is the time to relax. I usually to use the free time for exercise. It have many benefits for my health. The first I start by eat healthy food.Next I don't eat unhealthy food,too. For example : pizza, hamburger,coca'cola, etc.Unhealthy food is not have benefit for health.It's too bad when we eat it more.Many people know this reason. After that when I eat will exercise by jogging and sit-up. Sit-up is too hard in the first time. It's make me pain.The exercise make my body's relax and good health.
