loved this workout! It was SO easy to follow steps and she even stayed with the viewers for water break and theres so many things I can point out! Idk why theres hate comments, it takes a lot of training, effort, and time to make these videos. I lasted the whole 30 minutes following EVERY step and I feel so great and burned a lot of carbs. I really believe in this workout because its vital for a lot of body parts and theres special break techniques so that you're not overstraining your muscles and you get JUST the right amount of fitness!
