Thank you for email of 6 June about the poor service you had in ours hotel in Sorrento last week.
I am writing to apologise for poor service for wrong room. Which website did you reserved? Unfortunately, our water heating system was broken. The slow serviced in the restaurant because three waiters ill that week. The rude receptionist I had just warn her.
We hope that you will give us another chance to serve you. We would like to offer you a 50% discount on next time. This is our way to apologise for the problems you had.
