Playing sports such as Lacrosse Taekwondo Running and calisthenics work out. Travelling to new places and watching TV series.
My skill are :
Being Thailand lacrosse national team. Coaching and Teaching specific sports such as Taekwondo, Thai boxing, athletics. Creating loss weight program. Strength conditioning and flexibility (Mobility and Stability) and injury rehabilitation.
Best result with member:
To help an obese client to lose his weight from 125 kg to 98 kg within 8 weeks n. He also has more healthy lifestyle and a better motivation.
