Emergency warning systems have been improved
over the past decades from old public broadcast channels to
modern personal gadgets. At the same time, people in the new
generations want to share their views at the scene of an event to
others if it would save life of others especially elderly who have
high impact during emergency crises. We, therefore, proposed a
prototype called Community Warning System Services, CWSS,
using SIP technology to enable civilians to share such information
to Control Center. Control Center can accumulate evidences of
emergency cases and make the right call to emergency response
teams. Simultaneously, they can warn all civilians who are at the
risk to be prepared or migrate to a save place. So, more life would
be saved from unexpected disaster and other extreme situations.
We, also, showed the tests on our proposed prototype at the end
of the paper1.
