Site visits for inspection / assessment & to verify impressions / findings
First discussions of best practices and potential for improvement

discussion of improvement potential & suggestions and assessment of implement ability / localization, cost estimation
workshops to adapt current practice to suggested optimized resource levels
workshops on quick wins and set-up of quick win task forces for trials
workshop on GS management / (turnaround) coordination & support tools
