It is a time for our hotels to conduct a mid-year review 2015. The purpose of this review is to allow our staff, who completed at least 6 months of service (joined us before the end of 2014) , to gain work related feedback on their performance during first half of this year and discuss about their KPIs, development plan etc. with their immediate supervisor.
In additions, it is recommended that staff Grade 3 and above should take this opportunity to set up their Individual Development Plan (IDP).

Discuss KPIs/Objectives to achieve by year end. Discuss what you plan to achieve by the end of the year and ask what your manager expects you to achieve in this timeframe
Discuss Personal Development Plan and career move. Discuss your development activities and plans for career move.

We expect the review of all your staff to be completed and send to HR before 14 July 2015.
