At
12 days, we inoculated control one with distilled H2O only, and
control two was with 0.5 g difenoconazole fungicide per treatment.
Each treatment consisted of three replicates of 20 rice plants per
replicate. We arranged thirty-two different treatments, (thirty biological
control isolates and two controls) in a randomized complete
block design. In addition, we inoculated twelve-days-old seedlings
with solutions containing 5 108 antagonistic bacterial cells, containing,
or with distilled water by spraying 15 ml of respective
formula onto every whole rice plant. Seventeen days seedlings
after inoculating with antagonistic bacteria, we initiated rice blast
epidemic by inoculating all plants with the M. grisea strain
