Principal Accountabilities :
To ensure all purchasing processes/transaction align with the purchasing policies/guildelines/manual
To recommend changs in policy or processes when business growth and align with the pragmatic business strategy
To apply genuine care principles when dealing with users from each department and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects.transactions assigned
To ensure that any advice given includes an opinion on the best value for money avaliable including reference to quality,services,term.deliver and prices
To prepare reports , summarize data,analysis the results,track purchasing activity and measurements on TAT
To manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships
To discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action
To lead and manage the procurement team and ensure that the productivity and performance of each team member are met the requirement
Maintain SSPR system
