Co-management and development plan

-Official right to plant and cut big trees in the land they are using, remark : only for sustainability
-Zoning and mapping of land use for conservation purpose
-Educational activities
-Seasonal use of NTFP
-Development of tourism activities (waterfall access and transportation, etc.) and benefit sharing
New markets for local and organic products:
• organic rice, OTOP products could create additional benefits, perhaps using a certification scheme (eco-labeling) – assist with finding markets and labels; or micro-credits
• selling local products in the shopping complex (The project discussed with the owner but not yet the negotiation among the shopping complex owner and the community).
Incentives for sustainable land use:
• Support for changing land use methods (according to zoning - e.g., grass land for conservation management, mixed cropping, etc.) could be monetary, green credits, access to loans, agric. assistance, insurance scheme for damage from wildlife, etc.

Corporate sponsorship schemes (CSR): continue the negotiation with Kabinburi 304 Industry
Later stage (discussion with highway department ): Fines to road users for speeding
