The information about food, quantities, batches, and cooking processes collected from the participants by means of the dietary records and 24-hour recalls was manually analyzed on a daily basis and inputted. All the data were processed by the Nutriber V.1.1.1.R5 software package (produced by Funiber, Barcelona, Spain) in order to calculate individual diets. The combination of food diaries and recall after a twenty-four-hour periodmet the criteria for a simple, rapid, and inexpensive research method.
