1. HR Business Partner support
Maintain filing and update records of applications and distribute to related HR Business Partner Managers for further screening.
• Assist HR Business Partner Managers in arranging assessment tests to applicants such as English Proficiency test, Typing test, Aptitude test etc.
• Update new employees’ data into HR II system with accuracy and handle for personal file.
• Prepare “New Hire Pack Documents”, “Employee Starter Kit”, issue temporary “Employee ID card” and coordinate to set access cards for new hire on-boarding.
• Job vacancies posting both Internal and External on the company Reach-Intranet, the company Career Website and other Website.
• Administer Student Internship activities such as update Internship registration, issue Internship Name Tag, provide time sheet and prepare Reference Letter.
• Administer Criminal record check activities for pre-employment screening to align with the company employment screening policy.
2. HR Operations support
• Monitor and update Contract Staff Log Sheet report both the company Contractor and Outsourced staff
• Administer Probation Evaluation Form, Welcome New Hire, Headcount Request Memo, Payment Advice Form, etc. with accuracy and timely manner.
• Monitor stationery stock control and coordinate with purchasing department for store requisition.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
