-Record accounting transactions, and prepare all related working documents. - Calculate tax, prepare related tax forms and report, and prepare vouchers for the payments to Revenue Department including VAT, withholding Tax, annual property tax, and corporate tax etc. - Prepare Bank Reconcile and adjust book record against the bank statement, e.g., adjustment of the interest income, adjustment of the commission fees, adjustment of the clearing account, etc. - Review the documents and contracts related to the expense payment in local & non local currency, e.g., the expenses to be paid to vendors, including staff reimbursement claim and inter - company. - Prepare payment voucher (A/P) for issuing cheque. - Transfer payment to vendor and inter-company. - Monitor cash flow
