Sir, we are extremely sorry for what transpired in our restaurant. It is apparent that you did not enjoy that taste of Thai Food served in our restaurant.
However, on our defense, You made your complaint of Tom Yum being Sour after finishing more than half the portion. Our waitress asked if you wanted the chef to re-adjust the taste to suit your demand. But you rejected it outright.
It is our restaurant policy to accept change of dish only if the customer reject the dish immediately after tasting, unlike your complaint when more than half the dish is finished.
