In future, please offer to PBAT when you get information from supplier or you know the information => item by item. As below reply I think that maybe you wait until you can complete many inquiry before reply PBAT one time. That make some inquiry take very long time before feedback to PBAT.
If see previously e-mail, it show that some inquiry PBAT ask@9/6/2014=>you feedback information to offer customer@17/7/2014!!!
It too late for customer and really impact PBA group sale and image to customer. How customer believe that PBA can support them if customer sent inquiry to PBA, PBA take time about 1-2 months to offer them many times? This thing is unacceptable, we have to improve. I do not want to blame you but I just need to explain you why I ask you to improve the level of service.
In my opinion for the standard parts, we should offer customer within 3 days after receive customer inquiry. If you face any problem to offer PBAT, you should inform PBAT to communicate with customer why PBA can not offer their inquiry right now. If in finally PBA can not offer them, please let PBAT know why can not to explain and find the way to support customer.
Please understand and improve our level of service to customer.
