Responsibilities:
Support an overall for support team such as:
• Build a maintain a positive relationship with external and internal customers.
• Prepare presentation and Agreement as request.
• Keep update-to-date support document.
• Make update weekly and monthly activity/status report, particularly in the sales and support area.
• To perform full range of administrative duties with high responsibilities, also, supporting to activities and tasks.
Requirements:
• Female Age 24 years or up
• Ability to computer skills; Window, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
• High responsibility / energetic and self - motivated person.
• Self-confidence with good relationship, team work and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, with service mindset.
• Ability to out going to support sales team.
• Able to work under pressure and prepared to work extended hours if necessary.
Experience:
• 0-3 in any related field such as Customer Service Support
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT or any related field
