The South Hill Business and Technology Center is a restorative project on a site that contains three primary buildings (totaling approx. 700,000 SF) on 92 acres. JTM Construction has performed complete demolition of the skin and interiors of the South and West buildings. Both buildings are two-story steel structures with 20’ interior first floor ceilings. Both buildings received new stucco exteriors and new ribbon windows and insulation.
The West building has been brought to a warm shell condition, with new electrical and mechanical systems. The building is LEED Silver certified and is ready for new office tenants.
The South building is currently in cold shell condition and is ready for either office or data center users. Both buildings received new class A lobby additions and a connecting entry plaza. JTM has upgraded the landscaping, paving and various other site features to give the campus a more modern look and feel.
JTM is proud to have worked with the Benaroya Company to actualize their vision, convert and re-purpose this former wafer chip manufacturing plant into a class A office park and a state of the art Tier III data center campus.
