Front Office Forms
Best Western branding is mandatory.
1. When the BEST WESTERN logo is used:
a. Must be maximized within the space available on front
office forms and print at least 1/2” (12.5mm) wide. Because
there is a wide variety of business forms available it is not
possible to specify a specific size requirement for the
BEST WESTERN logo.
b. May be reproduced in full color or in any of the approved
one-color applications
c. Must not be the full-color logo when printing in black &
white. The single-color black BEST WESTERN logo must be
used. The full-color Best Western logo may not be printed
in black or grayscale.
2. When the words BEST WESTERN are used they must comply with
the general guidelines.
3. Type layout:
a. Property name must be in ITC Century Book Condensed or
Helvetica Neue Medium.
b. Property address and information must be typeset in
Helvetica Neue Light.
c. Property phone number and reservation line may be in
Helvetica Neue Medium.
