Ingredient of Spaghetti Clam with Thai Chilli Paste (Spaghetti Hoi Lai Nam Prik Phao)
1. 200 g. Boiled Spaghetti
2. 400 g. Clam
3. 1 Cup Basil Leaves
4. 1 Tsp. Sugar
5. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. Sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli (finely chopped)
10. 1 Tbsp. Garlic (finely chopped)
How to Cook Spaghetti Clam with Thai Chilli Paste (Spaghetti Hoi Lai Nam Prik Phao)
1. Fry garlic and chilli, with vegetable oil.
2. Add chili paste, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce and well mixed.
3. Fry clam and stir until cooked. Add 3Tbsp. water.
4. Add spaghetti, followed by basil. Stir until well mixed. Ready to serve.
