Recently, we received a letter from a customer on October 22,2014 to ask for the progress of problem solving of the technical department of the Mitsubishi Motors Ltd. ( Company).
The customer requests to replace her current car to a new one. We discussed with K. Natawadee from Consumer Foundation on this matter. However, she requests for the fact of this case.
The Foundation will make the appointment to the Management of the company again. ( the fixed date and time will be informed later)
