Following my below email, I have obtained approval from Steve - Global Head of P&E for OT payment at weekend given that you are not entitled to OT payment as per local HR policy. Please note that that is one off payment in order to clear the backlog.
I would appreciate it if you could start to work overtime this weekend and continue until 15 Mar 2015 (4 weekends) so that we can clear the outstanding claims as soon as possible which will remove the burden for you to enable to handle claims in line with the proactive claims handling approach.
Dear K. Chanis – can you please help to arrange your time to start this weekend as it would be better to do as a team and keep track of what we achieve.
