Please allow me to recap this order placed.
Order was placed for the items in Feb and were brought in specifically for Xovic only.
We received request to reduce the quantity but we were unable to reduce nor cancel the order as there will be cancellation charges.
This was communicated to my Thai team. As understood there may be requirement for the items in June and we have agreed to hold the allocation for Xovic till then.
However, in April, we have received the shipping release instruction and has shipped out the items as requested.
With this, hoping for your understanding, we are unable to accept the returns of the items for this order.
