The experimental results show that for an electrical power 20.0 W (voltage = 8 V, current = 2.5 A) input to the
TEC, the heat (Qh) transferred from a TEC from the base to the fin tip. Consequently, the temperature of the fin tip
was thus gradually increased. The ventilation fan dissipates the heat to surrounding air. The fin temperature was rather
constant when 30 minutes elapsed. Th was approaching to 38 ºC. The cold side temperature of the fin tip decreased
