Digital Director

The Digital Director will be leading the digital side of the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction. He or she
serves as the senior contact to drive digital revenues, initiatives of media plans and key tactics as well as champions digitally lead
insights, technology platforms, managing key vendors to drive trading efficiencies as well as develop operational efficiency.
He/She will also drive the relevant JBPs (joint business partner) and work closely with Digital Group Head/Account Business
Director/Planning director in driving Global agenda (if MNC). The Director will also mentor Group Head, supervisory staff in the
context of changing marketplace conditions and opportunities while working alongside the Brand team to develop integrated
strategy and plans.
Qualifications
BA or MA preferred.
More than 8 years’ experience as the senior contact on key accounts that the main services focus on digital media plans and key tactics
Demonstrated ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets to create and translate insights into compelling
presentations Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.
Extensive experience leading and managing technical projects, including problem solving, strategic technology roadmaps and implementation
Extensive experience leading and managing marketing analytics projects from ideation through completion
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to nontechnical audience
Strong understanding and experience with digital media buying, KPI development and technology practices during campaign planning and execution
Demonstrated ability to juggle several mission critical projects effectively – keeping others adequately up to speed and ensuring deliverables meet expected timelines.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and develop junior colleagues
Results orientations with strong independent and team project management and time management skills
Experience proficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced proficiency with digital marketing technology, especially ad servers, tag management systems, brand study partners, verification technologies; experience or orientation to learning new software packages and
methodologies (social media tools, data visualization etc.), data analysis techniques and applied statistics required
Strong quantitative /analytical skills and able to drive forward thinking while demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving
Significant experience at all levels of agency-client relationships
