Employee Goal Setting - What We Do
In this section, you should identify the key projects, responsibilities, and accomplishments you should focus on during the year. In order to ensure you are capturing only your most critical priorities, the system allows you to input no more than 7 individual goals. Your business may also cascade some additional goals for you that are applicable for the broader team or business in which you work. As you write your goals, please make sure they are "SMART" (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound).
