Improvement of the effectiveness of QMS or EMS and its process:

1) ISR figures that report in Management review should be calculated based on international principle, count from the number of absent day. If Safety section us ISR figure set for KPI that is calculated from hospital admission day. It is not show our real performance, it cannot compare with other company or even compare with the figures of our past 10 year too. It was calculated with different base.
2) About incident cases of TP plant, just only correction has been set & reported, Safety section should add up corrective action too.
