To create new announcement, teacher must select a specific class that he/she wants to announce the message to and then specify the content of the message to be sent along with its starting date and end date.
Teacher can choose to attach a file to the announcement if needed.
By default, the system will automatically send Facebook and Twitter notification to the social network page(s) of each student in the class upon the announcement creation. However, teacher can select or deselect the type of notification (i.e. if teacher deselects Twitter, the system will send only
Facebook notification). The created announcement will appear in the announcement list under the selected class.
