Note 9- Singking fund and income over expense brought forward. The Articles of Condominium Juristic Person requires sinking fund that to collect from owners on the date of transferring of the unit ownership at the rate of 60 Baht per square meter. The fund is provided for cash flow for repairing of condominium and common property. In case sinking fund became decrease, the owners’ meeting has to approve for increasing the sinking fund.
