I heard that his shadow didn't do anything when she was at Microsoft... Please recheck.
Need help
I recently heard last Friday that you did not provide his shadow for him to take sick leave last time due to his shadow was not free. This is unacceptable to let ill staff to work and not good image for both of our companies too, please help manage better on this please.
If you are unclear, pls give me a call as staffs issue is sensitive.

According to previous mail for performance he should not take leave more than 20 times per annual
As per our discussion Zen’s sick leave and annual leave 15 times per year, now in our system update he used 8 days (sick leave 5 days + annual leave 3 days)
